This project entails the selective demolition and new construction of a marquee sign at Vineyard Elementary School. The scope encompasses all necessary civil, architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work. This includes new finishes, adaptive re-use, and modifications to specific areas, new cabinetry, handicap accessibility retrofits, re-roofing, and the addition of HVAC systems to instructional, library, and administrative spaces, alongside significant upgrades to infrastructure utilities.
